what if I already own one plugin? +
email support@kernaudio.io with your existing order number. we will work out an upgrade credit.
will future plugins be added to the bundle? +
the bundle includes SMOOTH, WARM, and WIDE. future plugins will be sold separately or in a new bundle.
can I try before I buy? +
yes. every KERN plugin has a free demo with the full feature set. the only difference is a brief periodic silence every ~45 seconds. download from each product page.
how many computers can I install on? +
three activations per license key. if you need more, email support@kernaudio.io and we will sort it out.
what order should I use them in? +
SMOOTH first to clean up resonances. WARM next to add character. WIDE last for stereo placement. that said, there are no rules: use them however they sound best on your material.
what happens if I do not like it? +
