if you buy a KERN plugin and it's not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. no forms. no justification required. no hard feelings.

we'd rather have you happy without our plugin than frustrated with it.

eligibility. all KERN plugin purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. this applies to all plugins, regardless of which one you bought.

community-funded pledges. pledges made through our community-funded development model follow the same 14-day refund window from the date of payment. if the plugin hasn't shipped yet and you want your money back, just ask.

bundles. if you purchased multiple plugins and want a refund on one, we'll refund that plugin. if you want a refund on the whole bundle, that works too.

try before you buy. every KERN plugin has a free demo with full functionality (audio fades every 45 seconds). we'd always recommend trying the demo first. but if you bought without trying the demo and it's not for you, the refund policy still applies.

abuse. we trust our customers. if someone is repeatedly buying and refunding, we'll reach out to understand what's going on before declining future refund requests.
